1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the OroSys platform ("Service"), specifically tailored for high-end jewelry management, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

OroSys provides a comprehensive infrastructure for luxury jewelry retail, artisan production management, and global inventory tracking. Our features include but are not limited to real-time gold rate syncing, point-of-sale operations, and multi-currency invoicing.

3. Security and Account Integrity

You are responsible for maintaining the absolute confidentiality of your institutional credentials. Due to the high-value nature of the assets tracked within OroSys, you agree to immediately escalate any suspected security breaches to our engineering team.

4. API and Data Synchronicity

Market data, including live gold and silver rates, are sourced through authorized third-party endpoints. OroSys does not guarantee absolute financial accuracy for external market data and cannot be held liable for trading losses incurred due to latency or third-party downtime.

5. Institutional Subscriptions

Enterprise and Boutique tiers require an active subscription. Payments are processed annually or monthly as agreed upon in your Service Level Agreement (SLA). Modifications to pricing will be communicated at least 30 days prior to your billing cycle.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by international law, OroSys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages regarding physical inventory loss, intellectual property theft, or operational disruption.
